2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your phaa account, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. phaa reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's licence).
2.5 KYC Verification. phaa conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts prior to the processing of the first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until satisfactory documentation is provided.
2.6 Corporate Accounts. Account registration is permitted for natural persons only. Legal entities, corporations, partnerships, and trusts are not permitted to register accounts on the phaa Platform.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phaa account login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Any activity carried out through your phaa account — including deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed — will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were actually the person who performed the action, unless you have notified phaa of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.3.

3.5 phaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably suspects of being accessed by a third party, used in conjunction with fraudulent activity, or in breach of these Terms.

4.2 Currency. All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phaa does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the Player's phaa account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. phaa is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phaa targets processing of withdrawal requests within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes; however, actual settlement times may vary depending on the payment provider.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. phaa reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the Player has an active bonus subject to outstanding wagering requirements; or (d) the Player's account is under investigation for a terms violation.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account will be considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phaa reserves the right to apply an administrative fee not exceeding ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the Player's registered email address.
5.1 phaa may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be displayed on the promotion detail page within your phaa account at the time of claiming the offer.
5.3 phaa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. 5.4 Bonuses are intended for individual entertainment only. 5.5 Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

10.3 phaa's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposit amount held in the Player's phaa account at the time the claim arises.
10.4 phaa shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or system failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, government actions, internet service outages, or third-party payment processor failures.
